Looking for a GRAMMY U Campus Ambassador! You will be working with the Recording Academy and Campus Ambassadors at other Florida schools to help promote various GRAMMY U events and encourage students to become members.

Requirements:
- Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior
- GRAMMY U Member
- Interested in the Music & Entertainment Industry

Student Health Advisory Board Applications Due May 6

Apply to join one of the most influential health groups on campus: the University of Florida Student Health Advisory Board (SHAB)!

Comprised of six faculty/staff and seven students, SHAB provides UF’s Senior Vice President for Health Affairs advice concerning policies and procedures of the Student Health Care Center (SHCC). SHAB regularly reviews the quality of care rendered at the SHCC, as well as recommending and approving policies, procedures, programs, financial status and both long- and short-range planning.

LeaderShape Florida is an ethics-based leadership development experience that allows students to take their ideas and turn them into concrete goals to change and improve their communities. If you are a leader and you want to take your skills to the next level, this is the retreat for you. It takes place May 5 to 10 at Camp Kulaqua in High Springs, FL. For those selected, the retreat is free.

Savant Leadership Honorary – Outstanding Freshman Leadership Award

The Outstanding Freshman Leadership Award, sponsored by Savant Leadership Honorary, seeks to recognize outstanding freshmen that have gone above and beyond and made an impact on the University of Florida’s campus and the Gainesville Community. Recipients of the Savant Outstanding Freshman Leadership Award will receive a Savant Mentor, as well as Leadership Seminars to take place during their Sophomore school year.

Women’s Student Association 2013-2014 Leadership Applications

Are you passionate about women’s empowerment? Do you have a strong desire to get involved on campus and work with a great leadership team?

The Women’s Student Association is proud to release our 2013-2014 Leadership Position Application. They are looking for excited and dedicated student leaders to join their WSA family.

All applicants must be available to attend WSA leadership and general body meetings every Wednesday between 6 and 8 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Taylor Novak at tnovak8@gmail.com.

Applications are due on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. to womensstudentassociation@gmail.com. Be sure to include the application document, a résumé, and any additional documents that were specified in the position description.

Interested in serving as a student member on one of the following boards: Reitz Union Board of Managers, Recreational Sports Board of Directors, or O’Connell Center Advisory Board? Applications are now available. Serve, gain valuable leadership experience, and help make decisions that benefit all students at UF. 2013-2014 Student Advisory Board Applications can be downloaded from http://www.ufsa.ufl.edu/students/committees. You must prepare a separate application for each board you wish to apply for.

Turn in hard copy applications (and a typed resume) to the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs in 155 Tigert Hall by Monday, March 25 at 4 p.m. If you have questions, please see the application for more details or email Dr. Jeanna Mastrodicasa at jmastro@ufl.edu.

Terms for each student advisory board are an entire school year (Fall 2013 to Spring 2014). Qualifications include being a full-time UF student (12 hours undergraduate, 9 hours graduate), a minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA, and not on Conduct Probation.
