Food Week 2021 (Oct 11 -15)

You are invited to participate in the 4th Annual Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) Department Food Week event, in association with the FSHN Student Organization. They will provide experiences to explore majors in Dietetics, Food Science, and Nutritional Sciences through free food and beverage samples with scientific explanation, fun social events, and panel discussions. They even have events to show off your culinary skills in our Master Chef and Chili Cookoff competitions, as well as Team Building through their Can-struction food drive event to support the Hitchcock Field & Fork Pantry.  View the full Food Week Schedule ( to pick your activities for participation.
