The Career Success Institute (CSI) is a career and leadership cohort designed to help you explore majors, learn about your career potential, gain self-awareness and create an action plan to move forward.

CSI is open to all first- and second-year students who are interested in learning about how your values, interests, personalities and strengths relate to career possibilities, building connections with the UF community and gaining professional development to prepare you to take action in your on- and off-campus experiences.
