Gator Dining Services partners with Florida Cattle Ranchers

The University of Florida’s Dining Services program, run by Aramark, has recently announced a local partnership with the Florida Cattle Ranchers. Gator Dining will now incorporate “Fresh from Florida” beef into meals at our two residential dining halls.
As a land-grant institution, UF is very committed to local product sourcing. Other partnerships with Florida food producers include:
Nettles Sausage in Lake City, Fl
Traders Hill Farm in Hilliard, Fl
UF/IFAS Meat Processing Center in Gainesville, Fl
