Filed under Opportunities, Study Abroad on November 12, 2018.
Experience life in tropical Mexico! Hike through caves, sleep in a hammock, visit ancient Maya archaeological sites, and travel to contemporary Maya villages. Take a boat trip through the mangroves, sample Yucatecan cuisine, and live with a Mexican family in the beautiful, modern city of Mérida.
You will experience all this and more through the University of Florida/Autonomous University of Yucatán (UADY) Summer A and B Programs in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. Either program completes UF’s summer enrollment requirement and provide “International” general education credit too.
Join program directors Dr. Mark Brenner and Dr. Tom Hladish at 4:05pm (9th period) on Wednesday, November 14 in 265 Williamson Hall to learn more.
Email Dr. Brenner at brenner@ufl.edu if you are unable to attend but would like more information.
