Disability Advocacy Assembly

The Disability Resource Center is hosting the first ever “Disability Advocacy Assembly” in the Cypress Gathering Room in Cypress Hall from 6-8 PM on Thursday, September 6th. The event will celebrate disability identity, and will highlight student groups related to disability at UF. Disability allies, and student groups will be there to provide insight and information for students with disabilities.
There will also be an ASL performance by Ms. Wheelchair FL 2018 Shevaughn Barnes, and a keynote speech by current UF Doctorate of Physical Therapy student, Erin Waterman. Refreshments will be provided! For more information visit drc.dso.ufl.edu
