Student Conduct Committee

Filed under Leadership, Opportunities on September 26, 2017.

Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution in the Dean of Students Office is currently seeking undergraduate applicants for the Student Conduct Committee.  The Student Conduct Committee is a University-wide, Presidential committee comprised of students, faculty, and staff, which is responsible for resolving allegations of academic and non-academic student misconduct within the University community. Student Conduct Committee members play an integral role in educating students about their rights and responsibilities as members of the UF community, upholding community behavioral standards, and implementing the Student Conduct Code and Honor Code. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the inner workings of the student conduct and honor code processes, and serve the greater campus community.

Successful undergraduate applicants will complete a three-credit training course during the Spring 2018 in order to be eligible to serve on the Committee beginning in Summer/Fall 2018. Additional information and applications can be found at Applications are due September 29, 2017 by 5 p.m.
