Have you been an outstanding service leader? The Presidential Service Awards, open to both undergraduates and graduates, recognizes students who dedicate themselves to promoting social justice, community awareness and civic engagement on the UF campus and in the community, and provides a chance to acknowledge those who’ve made outstanding efforts in these areas.
New award requirements include 200 hours of community service – time volunteered which benefits a community/non-profit institution and exposes volunteers to social issues – recorded in a log or letter.
Apply online by March 10: http://bit.ly/2017PSA. For additional information, contact Josh Funderburke: (352) 392-1215 or JoshF@leadershipandservice.ufl.edu.
