UF School of Art + Art History presents Visiting Artist Lecture with the Guerrilla Girls

The University of Florida School of Art + Art History is proud to present visiting artist group the Guerrilla Girls as part of the Spring 2017 Visiting Artist Lecture Series on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 6 p.m. in the Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art. The Guerrilla Girls are feminist activist artists that use facts, humor and outrageous visuals to expose gender and ethnic bias as well as corruption in politics, art, film and pop culture. They have done projects, posters, stickers, exhibitions and lectures internationally. The lecture by the Guerrilla Girls will offer the community an important opportunity for dialogue about contemporary art and culture in relation to national and international trends.
