Culinary Arts Student Union: Secrets of Sabore

The Culinary Arts Student Union is thrilled to be hosting our second GBM with Chef Valero Alises from Sabore restaurant. Chef Valero has worked in some of the best restaurants in Spain, including the legendary restaurant Sant Celoni. During Valero’s tenure with the restaurant it was awarded 2 Michelin stars, the equivalent of an Oscar in the food world. Now he is the Executive chef at the award-winning Sabore in the Tioga Town Center.

The event will be held on Monday, February 6 at 7 p.m. in the FSHN Pilot Plant.
