UF School of Art + Art History presents Visiting Scholar Lecture with Yissel Arce

The University of Florida School of Art + Art History and the Center for Latin American Studies is proud to present visiting scholar Yissel Arce on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 6 p.m. in the Fine Arts Building B, Room 103. Arce is a professor at the Autonomous Metropolitan University in Xochimilco, Mexico. She has taught internationally as well as served as editor of the newspaper Cuban Art News and the magazine CubanArt at the Cuban National Council of Fine Arts. The lecture by Arce will offer the community an important opportunity for dialogue about contemporary art and culture in relation to national and international trends.
