Udall Scholarship Information Session

Learn about the Udall Undergraduate Scholarship at an information session with UF fellowships advisor Regan Garner on Thursday November 17 in Little 119 at 5:10 p.m. Udall Foundation awards scholarships of up to $7,000 to college sophomores and juniors on the basis of their leadership, public service, and commitment to issues related to Native American nations or the environment. Successful applicants demonstrate commitment to their goals through peer leadership, consensus building, public service (paid or unpaid), and academic achievement related to their career area.

The campus deadline to apply for the Udall Scholarship is February 3, 2017. Students interested in this program should submit a draft of their application online by the campus deadline and ask letters of reference to be forwarded to Regan Garner at rlgarner@ufl.edu. Students selected as UF nominees will revise their applications for final submission to the Udall Foundation on March 15.
