Monday, November 7 – When a friend is in distress, listen, refer them to resources, and email if they need additional support.

Tuesday, November 8 - Bicycle riding is fun, healthy, and a great way to get around campus. Remember to wear a helmet and keep your eyes on the road.

Wednesday, November 9 – Find bliss in the Counseling and Wellness Center’s relaxation room, It offers biofeedback stations, massage chair, and more.

Thursday, November 10 – U Matter, We Care derives success plans and provides ongoing support for students in distress dealing with a variety of issues. Email for assistance.

Friday, November 11 –  November 11 is Veteran’s Day! Take a moment to honor and thank those who have served our country!

Sunday, November 13 – Don’t forget to take the time to laugh today. Laughter produces endorphins and reduces stress!
