UF Interfaith Ambassadors and SG Interfaith Cabinet Present Speed Faithing

Filed under Cultural, Events on November 1, 2016.

Speed Faithing allows individuals from diverse faiths to come together to learn about different religions, perspectives, or worldviews. At the beginning of the event, each organization or group will have a table and the opportunity to speak to the attendees about their values, practices, and core tenets. Afterwards, there will be a period of speed-dating type interactions where people can move around and ask questions, discuss topics, and exchange information about their beliefs.

This great opportunity creates a safe space for people to come together, ask questions, and crush any misconceptions or stereotypes about different religions, faiths, and backgrounds. Plus free food.

When different faiths come together, we all get along. Help make UF better together, it won’t take long.

Join them Thursday, November 3 from 6-8 p.m. in the Reitz Union Room 2335.
