Student Conduct Committee Recuritment

Filed under Leadership, Opportunities on November 1, 2016.

Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution in the Dean of Students Office is currently seeking undergraduate and graduate student applicants for the 2016-2017 Student Conduct Committee.  The Student Conduct Committee is a University-wide, Presidential committee comprised of students, faculty, and staff, which is responsible for resolving allegations of academic and non-academic student misconduct within the University community. Student Conduct Committee members play an integral role in educating students about their rights and responsibilities as members of the UF community, upholding community behavioral standards, and implementing the Student Conduct Code and Honor Code. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the inner workings of the student conduct and honor code processes, and serve the greater campus community.

Successful undergraduate applicants will complete a three-credit training course during the Spring 2017 in order to be eligible to serve on the Committee beginning in summer/fall 2017. Additional information and applications can be found at  Applications will open on November 1, 2016 and are due November 14, 2016 by noon..
