Soulfest 2016: Dawn of a Revolution

Filed under Entertainment & Dining, Events on September 26, 2016.

Soulfest is a live, multicultural extravaganza. This event showcases various forms of art from the students of UF and people of the Gainesville community. Performers will compete to platform their talent at Gator Growl, the biggest event of Homecoming Week. Celebrate the multicultural community with a night of free cultural foods, art, and music.

By popular demand, Soulfest will be held in the Curtis M. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts on Wednesday, October 12, with the show starting at 7 p.m., but free food being served at 5:30 p.m. The event is entirely free to not only all students at the University of Florida, but also to the members of Gainesville community who are interested as well. If you haven’t attended a Soulfest event before, they want this night to be the start of your own Homecoming tradition and cultural experience.
