AASU & Raymond James Present: Oh The Places You’ll Go

Filed under Student Organizations on September 26, 2016.

Freshman: Are you still not sure what you should major in?
Seniors: Do you feel like you still just don’t know what you want to do?

From freshman to seniors and everyone in between, Life After AASU can be scary, but the Asian American Student Union is here to showcase careers and jobs that you might not have even realized were out there!

Join AASU for their first General Body Meeting ever to be hosted with a company: RAYMOND JAMES, a Fortune 500 company and a full-service brokerage and financial services firm. They’ll be bringing guest speakers from Raymond James, including 2015-16 AASU Treasurer and alumnus Jaewon Jang, and other representatives from the firm.

They’ll be going over APIA representation in the workplace, helping you pick your major, giving advice on opportunities to get involved on campus, and talking about internship/career opportunities at Raymond James in business, IT, marketing, HR, finance, AML (anti-money laundering), operations, and accounting. Whether you’re a first-year deciding on a major or a super-senior going to Career Showcase the next day, you won’t want to miss out on this first-of-its-kind GBM!
