Gator Tips of the Week

  • June 13 – Reach out to if you or anyone you know is in distress because Every Gators Counts!
  • June 14 – Quality sleep contributes to academic success. It helps you stay more alert in class and impacts processing speed.
  • June 15 – Intervene if you see a situation is potentially harmful to someone. If intervention doesn’t seem safe, call 9-1-1.
  • June 16 – It is hot in Gainesville! Don’t forget to stay hydrated this summer semester and aim for 80 oz. a day!
  • June 17 – Creating a culture of care is every Gator’s responsibility. Email if you or someone you know is in distress.
  • June 18 – Make someone’s day by sending a thank you letter to someone who has positively impacted your life.
  • June 19 – U Matter, We Care is here to help students in distress. Email if you or someone you know needs support.
  • June 20 – Get a kick start to your professional goals by attending one of the Career Resource Center’s workshops or events!
  • June 21 - UF students! Did you know there are over 335 blue lights on-campus that are connected directly to UFPD.
