Florida Blue Key Present Legal Professions Day

Florida Blue Key’s Legal Professions Day will be held on Wednesday, March 23 from 2-5 p.m. in the Rion Ballroom of the Reitz Union.

This event is designed to provide undergraduate pre-law students with the opportunity to learn and communicate with prospective law schools. Additionally, it expands the student’s understanding of the admissions process, gives them insight into what it is like to be a law student, and allows them to hear perspectives from a variety of practicing lawyers and judges.

This years event will include a Legal Professions Panel, Q & A with Law students, 3 LSAT Prep courses will be raffled off, Admissions representatives from 16 prestigious law schools will be at the event, free headshots will be taken and there will be food served! The Dean of the UF Law School will be speaking at the event and the keynote speaker will be former Florida Speaker of the House Jon Mills.

Admissions representatives from 16 prestigious law schools from across the country will be present:

Event Schedule:

  • 2 – 2:30 p.m.: Key Note Speaker
  • 2:30 – 2:45 p.m.: Dean of UF Law
  • 2:45 – 3:15 p.m.: Legal Professions Panel
  • 3:15 – 3:45 p.m.: Q & A with Law Students3:45 p.m.: Food
  • 3:45 – 5 p.m.: Admissions officers Tabling/ Pre Law Organization Tabling / Prep Courses Tabling/ Free Headshots
  • 5 p.m.: Raffle for three LSAT Prep Courses
