Monday- Do you get anxious before you walk into an exam? Quick Tip: Put your head down, take a deep breath and count down from 10! Focus and stay calm! You can do it.

Tuesday-As you prepare for Spring Break, remember to think about your safety. Remember to share your travel plans with friends and family!
Wednesday-“U Matter, We Care means to feel safe and comfortable, to receive care and help in order to succeed as a Gator.” – UF Student Katy Ferguson
