RecSports Weekend Warrior

Come to Southwest Recreation Center this Saturday, February 13 from 1 to 2 p.m. for a Weekend Warrior on Strength Training for Physique taught by personal trainer David Corrado. This interactive workout will provide education, dialogue, and a sense of direction to any level of patron interested in improving their physique.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify which muscle groups and types of exercises are important to building a competitive physique and healthy posture.
  • Understand the appropriate amount of sets and rep schemes specific to strength and hypertrophy training
  • Maintain self-confidence and body positivity during each stage of changing their physique.
