Students Taking Actions Against Racism Staff Applications

Students Taking Action Against Racism is an agency of Student Government dedicated improving race relations on the University of Florida campus. STAAR attempts to combat racial inequality through education and empathy. Using discussion forums, events, and campus based initiatives, STAAR acts as a means for all students to learn about the effects of racism and become directly involved in standing against it.

STAAR Vice Chair and Chief of Staff Applications have been extended until June 22, 2015. STAAR directorship applications are now open until June 26, 2015.Applications are now open for students who wish to serve as a vice chair, director, or chief of staff.
