Public Health/Vaccination Internship

Control Flu is seeking interns to help plan, implement, and evaluate Alachua County’s School Influenza Immunization Program.  They provide dynamic internship opportunities, giving insight and experience in healthcare promotion and disease prevention.

Applicants should be dependable individuals interested in public health who are available Wednesday or Thursday mornings during fall 2015, able to dedicate 10-20 hours a week, and have reliable transportation for field work.  Interns will be working with staff and faculty at the Emerging Pathogens Institute, College of Nursing, and professionals from the school district/health department.
