Slow Art Day

Filed under Events, Student Organizations on March 23, 2015.
Slow Art Day is an annual event that encourages people to slow down and take a long look at art. Participants meet a volunteer host at their local museum or gallery to view works of art slowly, then discuss what they’ve discovered. The purpose? To slow down for a better experience and take time to get a deeper meaning of art, with no formal training or knowledge necessary.
