MLK Celebration Keynote Address: Tessa Thompson

Tessa Thompson, lead actress in the film Dear White People, will deliver a keynote address on Jan. 21 at 6:30 p.m. in the University Auditorium as part of the UF MLK Celebration. The theme for the event is ” MLK’s Legacy: The Voice of Women.” The UF MLK Celebration is a campus-wide celebration honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his commitment to social justice through educational programs and service initiatives. This event is sponsored by the Black Graduate Student Organization, UF Multicultural and Diversity Affairs, and the Bob Graham Center for Public Service.
