The Future of Climate Change with Roger Noll

Roger Noll, co-director of the Center for Regulatory Policy and professor emeritus of economics at Stanford University will speak on The Future of Climate change at 6 p.m. in Pugh Hall on Feb. 19. Noll has served on the advisory boards of the U.S. Department of Energy, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and National Renewable Energy Laboratory. His talk will examine the consequences of climate change and market-based approaches to creating sustainable energy policy.
