If so, you might be interested in participating in a treatment study for stress reduction

In this study, they are interested in examining the usefulness of mindfulness intervention.

The study involves:

  • Responding to a survey packet
  • Participating in 7 mindfulness workshops & daily self-meditation

What are the benefits?
You will receive one of two forms of stress treatment for free

Who can participate?
Anyone who is 18 years of age and older:

  • Has stress,
  • Wants to work on it,
  • Is not currently in counseling or taking medication for treatment of a psychological problem
