Become a Peer Advocate for the UFPD Office of Victim Services

The UFPD Office of Victim Services (OVS) is currently looking for Peer Advocates to serve for the upcoming 2013-2014 school year. Peer Advocates are trained by OVS staff in creating and delivering innovative presentations regarding issues such as sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, and issues of consent when alcohol is involved. Additionally, Peer Advocates coordinate and implement a variety of outreach activities in order to promote campus awareness of issues faced by victims of crime.
