Yoga, Breath and Meditation Wednesday

YES!+ Gators invites you to Wednesday’s free yoga, breath and meditation session at the Williamson Hall (Department of Geology), Room 202 from 7 p.m. onwards. Sessions are every Wednesday. Their purpose is to teach practical, easy-to-follow techniques to handle stress in order to become efficient.
