Volunteers Needed for Gainesville Community Concussion Awareness Project

Looking for a way to get involved with members of the Gainesville community? Enjoy promoting health awareness?

Graduate students in the departments of Clinical and Health Psychology and Epidemiology are seeking volunteers to assist with a community-based Concussion Awareness Day that will be held at UF’s Health Street on Saturday, August 25 from noon to 2 p.m.  Food, educational activities and entertainment will be provided.

Opportunities include organizing and event planning, event promotion and advertisement, running “brain awareness” activity booths the day of the event, and much more!
