Florida Museum of Natural History Volunteer Program Internship Opportunities

Filed under Internships & Career, Opportunities on April 9, 2012.

Interns will work under the Volunteer
Coordinator to train, manage, evaluate and recognize participants in
the well-established junior volunteer program.

The intern will directly manage junior volunteers, assist
staff with training, plan and implement awards, evaluation, and
recognition activities, and write newsletter articles.

The internship is 20 hours/week from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 12:50 to 4:50 p.m., Monday through Friday, June 1-Aug.12 (with July 2-6 off)

Although this is an unpaid internship, it is a unique
opportunity to increase knowledge of exhibits, education, programming,
and volunteer management.

Send resume and cover letter to Amy Hester, Volunteer Coordinator, at
