Gator Times

Gatorship is a unique leadership experience for both emerging and experienced student leaders at the University of Florida. It is designed to be an intense and thought-provoking weekend retreat where more than 60 participants and student staff have the opportunity to interact through team building activities and group discussions. The mission of Gatorship is to identify issues affecting the campus climate at the University of Florida, strengthen the practices of productive leadership, educate University of Florida in real world leadership issues, prepare students who will be future leaders in the diverse work force, and provide opportunities for campus leaders to network.
