City of Gainesville Hospitality Districts Student Forum Tuesday, April 8  6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in 282 Reitz Union, UF Campus. Join Gainesville City Commissioner Jeanna Mastrodicasa and other city officials and staff to give your opinions on how to safely manage the city’s two main hospitality districts: downtown and College Park. The City of Gainesville will be considering several changes to its policies over the next few months, and this is one opportunity for students to offer direct input. Issues related to overcrowding, fire exits, transportation, and specific establishments with significant violations of serving underage patrons will be discussed. Learn more about the current challenges facing the city, and be part of the solution.
