University Minority Mentor Program (UMMP) is designed to support students in their transition to the University of Florida and to offer guidance as students begin to define their goals and strive for academic success. As a Program Assistant, you will act as a liaison between the mentors and mentees. You are expected to work closely with your cluster leader and be a resource to the students in your cluster.
