It will be a night to remember when Floridance takes the stage on December 2nd at the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts on the University of Florida campus in Gainesville. Floridance’s exciting fall showcase, Come on Closer, demonstrates the fresh originality of the University of Florida’s original dance company.

This year, the 30-year-old company has grown to 45 members, who have advanced studio training in ballet, contemporary ballet, modern, lyrical, and jazz dance. That training is evident in the sparkling choreography that will be performed. Come on closer on Saturday the 2nd and discover Floridance.
