The Black Graduate Student Organization (BSGO) presents “A Call to Consciousness: Activism through the Arts” - The 21st Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Awards Celebration, featuring the award-winning African American poet and author, Amiri Baraka. The event includes a dinner banquet and performances. Saturday, January 13, 2007 at 6:00pm in the Grand Ballroom, Reitz Union. Co-sponsored by ACCENT and the Institute of Black Culture(IBC).
