MILE, LeadUF’s Monthly Initiative in Leadership Education, is designed to enhance individual and organizational leadership throughout the University of Florida and Gainesville community. Each month, you are invited to attend a particular workshop specially created to develop your leadership style and aid you in fine-tuning the skills necessary to positively affect your organization, community, and world.
