Institute of Black Culture Announces “Food For the Soul” Series

Filed under Cultural on September 29, 2006.

The Institute of Black Culture (IBC) is proud to announce its Food For the Soul series. The series showcases discussion of issues such as race/race relations, hip-hop, and leadership. As if the topics aren’t good enough, there will be FREE FOOD for everyone in attendance. But we can’t do it without you — we need student organizations to partner up on the project through co-sponsorships and attendance. The first “Food for the Soul” series debuts on October 9, 2006 at 11:30 am here at the IBC. For more information, please contact Billy Holcombe via e-mail at billyh@dso.ufl.edu or at 392-1261 x251.
